Culture & Belonging in action At GE HealthCare, we believe belonging is not just a word—it’s something we actively bring to life through the everyday experiences of our people. Building on our Culture & Belonging strategy, here in Italy we are shaping a journey driven by our Win Together team—a group of passionate colleagues who design and deliver initiatives to foster connection, awareness, and a true sense of belonging across the organization. Over the past months, the team launched a series of initiatives, including: ⚽ Sport Day, to strengthen connections and team spirit in an informal way 📚 Book Club, to encourage dialogue and exposure to different perspectives 🗣️ Generational Talk, to explore the value of generational difference and how to turn it into a real driver of inclusion and effectiveness These are just some of the initiatives the team has been working on—part of a broader and ongoing effort to bring our strategy to life. These activities take on an even broader significance. They remind us that true belonging comes from embracing all dimensions of diversity—across identities, experiences, and generations. Bridging generational gaps, fostering open dialogue, and building awareness are not one-off actions, but part of a continuous commitment we carry forward together as a community.
