Affordable vehicles are becoming harder to find, while the average price of both new and used vehicles continues to climb. As an industry, I don't think the conversation should stop at affordability. The dealerships that will thrive over the next decade won't simply be the ones that sell the most vehicles—they'll be the ones that create the most value throughout the customer's ownership journey. That starts with: • Building trust from the very first interaction. • Helping customers make informed financial decisions. • Delivering an exceptional ownership experience after the sale. • Retaining customers through outstanding service. • Using technology to improve the experience—not replace the people behind it. Affordability matters. Customer experience matters. Leadership matters. When those three things come together, customers don't just buy a vehicle—they build a long-term relationship with your dealership. I'd love to hear your thoughts. https://lnkd.in/gN3pzExA?
