Earlier this month, we launched the 2026 cohort of the David Yurman Signature Leadership Academy. Building on the momentum of last year’s cohort, we’re excited to welcome a new group of high-performing leaders into this six-month leadership experience. This year’s program includes immersive workshops, peer masterminds, personalized 1:1 coaching with BetterUp, and a high-impact Innovation Challenge presented to our senior leadership team. Participants will also explore how leaders can effectively navigate and leverage AI to drive better decision-making, collaboration, and innovation across the business. Designed to strengthen strategic thinking, deepen trust, and build courageous leadership in moments of complexity and change, the Academy brings together leaders from across the organization, from Store Managers to Senior Directors.
