Nothing beats a Jet2 Holiday… 😂✈️ The June update for Rotherham Day landed today, and it’s incredible to see how much momentum this movement has built in such a short time. Scott Thorpe had the vision, and the people of the borough have truly run with it - taking it in weird and wonderful directions to showcase our town. Another mic in hand meant another networking game. I definitely didn’t have “demonstrating a simple(ish) counting game with the legend that is John Breckin at the New York Stadium” on my 2026 bingo card, but it was brilliant to see people from all organisations and walks of life getting involved with smiles on their faces. Looking forward to the schools’ guided tour in June, followed by our Festival of Sport in July as we warm up for the big day in September.
