Today is my last day at Pure Salmon. Before I turn the page, I’ve got one thing to say. I want to thank me. For building across Tel Aviv, Paris and Abu Dhabi. For showing up — weekends, late nights, no shortcuts. For turning briefs into brands, sketches into shelves, and vision into products sold across the world. I want to thank me. For shaping Marly & Dan, then Share Pure Salmon Pet Nutrition. For smoked salmon, pet food, e-commerce, 3D videos, TV ads, and trade shows from Tokyo to Orlando. For working with ops, sales, digital, finance, industry, construction, and farming teams — and delivering, again and again. I want to thank Stephane Farouze, for the trust, the challenges, and the chances he gave me. And Michael Ruben, Yacine Belkacem, and Frederic VERBEKE — for their support, insight, and collaboration. And everyone at the plant and on the ground — the ones who make it real, every day. I want to thank my wife, for standing by me through every step. And I want to thank Pure Salmon for letting me turn chances into achievements — with teams from France to Japan. Now it’s time for what’s next. And for all that… I thank me.
