Why it isn't painfully clear to the entire business community that the new political spoils system in Washington is not only corrupt, but an existential danger to a well functioning market economy and the rational investment needed to drive it, I don't know. As they are learning in Hungary at least, kleptocracy isn't a sustainable business model.
