I am very pleased to announce that we have completed the Closing of Ardanuy Ingeniería S.A., a leading Spanish company specialising in the development and renovation of railway systems.   Spain has a very dynamic transport infrastructure construction market while this strategic reinforcement will create a leading regional player of 600+ employees in the field of engineering and consultancy for railway systems.   This acquisition marks the creation of a new SYSTRA Home Area with Ardanuy Ingeniería S.A. reinforcing SYSTRA Ibérica e Hispanoamerica. This strategic reinforcement will enable SYSTRA to complete its range of services, not only for SYSTRA Ibérica & Hispanoamerica, but also for the Group as a whole.   The Closing of Ardanuy Ingeniería S.A. acquisition marks an important milestone of this successful new cycle of acquisitions that we have started in 2021 with the acquisition of SYSTRA Italy, now with the support of Latour Capital. We will continue our growth path ambition reinforcing our Home Countries and our technical and production capabilities we base our strategy on for 2025 onwards.
