It's Thursday which means your weekly #SweatEquity newsfeed post (📣📣Special announcement at the bottom📣📣). This morning we were back on the National Mall, and mercifully the weather was perfect - 68 degrees, a little overcast and not too humid. That just meant we ratcheted up the workout. This week, I dipped into the bag of tricks setting up a 30 yard X 25 yard gauntlet. Sweaties sprinted, shuffled, pedaled backwards inside the grid at which point they were met by an agility ladder before calmly jogging back to the start where they engaged with one of a few different calisthenics. After ~15 minutes of intense work my friend Dr Fay Etienne, a certified physical therapist (https://lnkd.in/eGjVCGFB) led us in a challenging parter exercise where we performed: 30 broad jumps, 100 Russian twists, 80 plank Up-downs, 60 single-leg Romanian deadlifts and 50 low-squat up-downs. Needless to say, we earned our cold brew! I was especially pleased to have my Shield Capital teammate from SF Matt Kaplan join.
