We hired a wedding planner to lead events at Juicebox. Events turned out to be one of the harder roles for us to fill. We wanted someone who could design experiences people actually remember, and that's a weirdly specific instinct to hire for. Sam F. came from the wedding world, which wasn’t what we initially expected for this role, but the more we talked, the more it made complete sense. Weddings are the highest-stakes events you can run. Having managed 200+ of them, Sam brings a deep understanding that every detail matters, every moment is intentional, and the people in the room genuinely care how it all feels. That's how we think about events at Juicebox too. Ours won't ever be the most important day of someone's life, but we want to treat them with that same level of care, and Sam's instinct for making people feel special is what really stood out. It’s no easy feat to build an entire event function from scratch, but Sam stepped in and immediately showed us what’s possible for Juicebox. In only a few weeks, she's pulled together an ambitious calendar, from Michelin dinners, to world-wide conferences, and many other fun events we're excited to share soon.
