Imagine Amazon scrapped next-day delivery tomorrow! We'd all be up in arms - because somewhere along the way, instant became normal. And once something's normal in one part of life, we expect it everywhere. The bathroom industry is no different. Installers and customers expect their bathroom parts - now, or tomorrow at the latest. This puts pressure right across the chain. For Trojan, it means having the raw materials to manufacture on time, every time. For our distributors, it means holding the stock to serve their showrooms and customers the next day. Reliability and service isn't a nice-to-have anymore - it's simply the expectation.
