Excited to share that I’ll be partnering with a longtime friend, Theo Azouz, as COO to help build SGA Capital into a tier-one growth equity platform. Theo has already achieved some remarkable milestones with SGA in less than a year, and together we will continue building on that momentum. Starting an investment firm is not for the faint-hearted... this is not my first rodeo. What separates the 1% from the graveyard of failed firms isn’t surrounding yourself with smart people. That’s table stakes. The real differentiators are grit, hustle, and an open-eyed acceptance that success is never guaranteed and almost always takes longer than expected. All you can do is make one good decision after another, stay in the game, and hope that one day you look up and realize how far you’ve come. Let’s get building.
