We are delighted to congratulate our past client, Eamon Langton, on receiving the Freedom of Kilkenny City. A fitting honour for a man who has shaped Kilkenny’s cultural and hospitality scene for over five decades. Eamon first encountered The Studio’s work after dining at J. Sheekey in London and enquiring about the designer. A fellow Irishmen, he struck up both a personal and professional relationship with the late David Collins. From 1995, the pair collaborated on numerous hospitality projects in Eamon’s home town of Kilkenny, Ireland. Langtons Hotel Kilkenny was transformed from a family-owned local property into an award winning destination hotel, with bars, tearoom, and even a 240-seat theatre. The Studio also designed The Marble City Bar and Bridie’s Bar, found in walking distance from the hotel. https://lnkd.in/eTqB8w-N
