On Friday we celebrated the Richtfest—a traditional German topping out ceremony—for the 1014 Fifth Avenue project in New York City. It marks an important milestone for the project which is transforming an historic townhouse into the new home for 1014 - space for ideas, a cultural organisation fostering cross-disciplinary connections between Germany and the USA.
