Table tennis players Alexis Lebrun and Florian Bourrassaud have just completed a Repeated Sprint training camp in Hypoxia (#RSH) at the CREPS Montpellier 🏓 The goal was to improve fatigue resistance—an essential factor in matches between top players, where rallies can extend beyond six exchanges. In those moments, the ability to move quickly and stay focused is often the key to winning the point. To make the training closer to real match demands, we integrated cognitive exercises during recovery periods between blocks. Right after their last sprint of each block, players performed tasks designed to train peripheral vision and reflex speed—all at a simulated altitude of 3,500 m ⛰️ A great camp with athletes who gave their all—big thanks to prep coach Jérémy Surault and the Fédération Française de Tennis de Table 🇫🇷 for their trust 💪🏻 🏛️ La Région Occitanie / Pyrénées-Méditerranée, Agence nationale du Sport, Ministère des Sports, de la Jeunesse et de la Vie associative, Sebastien Racinais
