Rachel joins us with nearly 30 years of legal experience built across private practice, corporate America, and media - bringing a depth of perspective that is genuinely rare. She most recently served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Nexstar Media Group Inc., where she led all legal functions across one of the country's largest broadcast companies. Before that, she spent a decade at AT&T as Vice President and Associate General Counsel overseeing corporate litigation, labor and employment, and shareholder engagement at massive scale. Her career also includes close to 15 years in private practice at two leading international law firms. What excites us most about Rachel is her ability to be both a trusted protector and a strategic enabler. She doesn't just manage legal risk - she helps organizations move faster and smarter by building the governance infrastructure that supports bold growth. That combination of rigor and business partnership is exactly what we need as we write the next chapter of D&B.
