Collective Impact episode two is now live — watch the full episode with global technology company Barco. 🎬 ✨ Barco has been a frontrunner and sustainability leader since 2015, and visiting their headquarters in Kortrijk, Belgium, and connecting with their team was inspiring. The Collective Impact documentary series highlights companies with sustainability woven deep into their DNA. It shows how leaders across functions — in this case, the CFO and CHRO, and the Group Sustainability Manager — align around a shared vision, implement integrated strategies, and champion initiatives that make a tangible impact for their business, communities, and the environment. Barco exemplifies this approach: its long-term vision is translating into measurable results, including a 62% reduction in its carbon footprint in 2024 compared to 2015.
