Legacy Lift | CEO | I show you what’s hiding in your legacy systems that could cripple your factory tomorrow and help you fix it before it costs you your reputation. | Connected Manufacturing | Risk & Continuity Advisor

After three weeks away from LinkedIn I’m returning with something deeper than content : 👀 CLARITY I stepped back from the echo chamber to spend real time with a brand new client. Listening, challenging assumptions, and helping them see something that sits at the heart of Legacy Lift, The Doctrine of Continuity: 👉 You can rebuild systems. You cannot rebuild lost memory. Memory isn’t sentimental. It’s the operational backbone that keeps an organization coherent across generations, technologies, and market transitions. During last week, something resonated with me: “We’ve been helping utilities secure their #SCADA & #RTU communication before IEC62443 even existed. By shifting our culture toward modern practices, we help our customers shift theirs.” This is continuity in action. Not nostalgia. Not resistance. But a living bridge between what works and what must evolve. Thank you Philippe Aretz and the whole Ovarro team for the trust, the candor, and the powerful conversations! 🔧 Question: Where does continuity live in your organization and how do you protect it? I’d love to hear your experiences below.
