One of the biggest shifts on LinkedIn has been this: - Company pages are no longer driving organic reach the way they once did. - Personal profiles are doing much of the heavy lifting. If you want your brand to reach people, don't rely only on your company page. Start enabling your leadership team to speak as individuals. People engage with people more than they engage with company updates. It may be time to shift some focus from "brand content" to "employee advocacy." For social media managers, the role is changing. Spend less time managing pages and more time helping people inside the company tell the brand's story. #LinkedInMarketing #SocialMediaMarketing #EmployeeAdvocacy #BrandStrategy
