Learning & Development | Digital Learning Implementation | Content Strategy & Production
Just over five months ago, I was brought into Tierarzt Plus Partner by James Dickens to assess the organisation's learning and communication needs and help shape a vision for the future. The goal was simple. Create a single destination where colleagues can be Educated, Informed and Inspired. A place where learning is seen as a genuine benefit, not just another mandatory task to complete. From day one, this was never just a technology project. While we formed a strategic partnership with Thrive to provide the platform, we also focused heavily on content, engagement and long-term sustainability. Through partnerships with providers such as Improve International and PINKTUM, we've built a diverse learning ecosystem that gives colleagues a reason to return, explore new topics, stay curious and continue developing. This week, we're proud to launch Tierarzt Plus Campus. By consolidating two separate platforms into a single destination, we've created a richer colleague experience while giving the Academy team a scalable solution they can manage with ease. Campus launches with over 700 pieces of learning and communication content, a fully branded mobile experience, and seamless integration with Personio and Single Sign-On. More importantly, Campus provides a foundation for continuous learning across the organisation. Whether that's clinical development, leadership skills, compliance, communication or personal growth, colleagues can access learning when and where they need it. This is only the beginning. We have ambitious plans to continue growing the library through new partnerships, internal content creators and fresh content that keeps colleagues engaged long after launch. A huge thank you to James Dickens, Daniel Steier and Fabian Kröll for the opportunity, and to everyone across Tierarzt Plus Partner who has supported the project. To Josh Devanny, Shane Coady-Barrett, Rhys Jones and everyone else at Thrive. To Martin Corr and the team at Improve International, and to the team at PINKTUM, who have contributed to bringing Campus to life. It has been an incredible journey so far and I'm excited to see what comes next. #LearningAndDevelopment #DigitalLearning #LearningCulture #EmployeeExperience #WorkplaceLearning #LXP #PeopleDevelopment #LeadershipDevelopment #TalentDevelopment #VeterinaryIndustry #VeterinaryMedicine #HRTech #ThriveLearning #PINKTUM #ImproveInternational
