𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐚 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧? This was one of the questions I discussed with the young talents and future leaders of Nova. I shared my experience. No theory, no frameworks. What it means to lead transformation when strategy has to become execution, when you need to convince the board to invest, go deep into the details, and adjust course while already moving. One thing has become very clear to me: embracing a business transformation is a personal journey. It changes the business, but it also changes the way you lead, listen, decide, and bring people with you. It requires real ambidexterity: transforming while performing. Building the next model for sustainable growth while still delivering today. In the end, transformation really works when people recognize themselves in the direction of change and decide to embrace it and build it together.
