High Performance Coach training in Gliwice JM site! 16 people. 2 weeks. One goal - growth. Over the past two weeks, we turned theory into practice on the shop floor and in the office. Led by Irina Batkovska-Borozanova, we started with a simple question: What does high performance mean for us? Then we built it together. ➡️Highlights: - Sharper meetings - less time, more value, clear outcomes. - Gemba & safety conversations-safety through dialogue and curiosity. - Coaching - first problem solving-questions over hints, facts over opinions, ownership over firefighting. ➡️Outcome: Leaders ready to apply a coaching approach in day-to-day work, strengthen team autonomy, and build even stronger culture of continuous improvement and safety in JM Gliwice. ➡️What’s next: In six months, we’ll share what changed to become word class!
