This week, we marked Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Week across Danske Bank. It has been a week of conversations, learning and new perspectives โ from inclusive leadership and psychological safety to cultural diversity, neuroinclusion, AI and bias. For us, diversity, equity and inclusion are an integrated part of how we serve our customers, support our colleagues and deliver on our strategy. We continue to strengthen our governance, policies and ways of working to help create better conditions and opportunities for all employees. At the same time, we know that creating an inclusive workplace is about more than frameworks and policies. It is a shared responsibility, shaped through our everyday actions, behaviours and decisions. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this year's DE&I Week and helped make the conversations thoughtful, honest and inspiring. Now we take the learnings from the week with us as we continue working to build a workplace where everyone feels included, valued and able to contribute their best.
