WE MADE THE LIST. THAT'S NOT THE INTERESTING PART. Once again, we're among the most attractive employers for business students in Denmark, according to Universum's 2026 ranking. We landed at no. 35 – and we're happy to be there. But a ranking only tells you what people think before they've started. What matters more is what happens after a student actually joins. One in ten people here at DC is a student employee. Not an intern fetching coffee – a student given real tasks with real consequences, in an industry that reshapes faster than most. Early in your degree or close to graduating, the tasks differ. The responsibility doesn't. Students sit next to traders, quants and engineers, not at a separate table for "young talent." What you take on is a question of readiness, not tenure. Our Student Network connects students across the business. Beyond that, you spend real time alongside full-time colleagues too. Workshops.
