Tensions between the former Minister of Defense Federov and Commander in Chief General Syrsky become public. This is all part of the Ukraine government shake up. Federov is likely to get another high level position within the new government in my opinion. He is loyal and competent and an agent of change. General Syrsky has been leading the armed forces since 2023. It is likely time for him to retire. General Budanov, currently leading the office of the president, could be a replacement.
