Friends, Partners, New clients, Old Clients, VC’s, Candidates. This year was buzzing. The industry certainly feels like it’s really back. Huge momentum, lots of investment, lots of hiring. VCs swarming events looking for their next investment opportunities. 🔹 Last year AI was a thing, this year it’s ALL ABOUT AI. AI agents managing risk, dealing with security alerts, managing AI attacks, AI powered threat platforms, AI powered email, AI powered Insider Risk, DLP, Attack Surface, Cloud, AI everything. AI has allowed companies to build a new product faster, and is allowing the industry to move faster than ever. 🔹 It’s clear the landscape has changed, and it’s changed forever. But the demand for talent is high, and the bar set it high. The competition is fierce for the best talent, and there are new skills now needed to support building these platforms, as well as the GTM motion surrounding them. 📈 Building companies the old way is over.
