Spain is still in the World Cup. The afternoons spent watching matches this summer with friends, guests, staff, and strangers have been a reminder of the joy and fun sports bring to our lives. El Mundial is our response to that feeling bringing the same joy and fun to the dining experience at Xiquet. A white chocolate ball painted in the Spanish flag, filled with strawberry-rose jam, corn-vanilla financier, and Albariño sorbet. The server pours hot caramel coulis tableside. Rompe el balón!
