This week, I had a client say something that caught me off guard: “LINK seems like the place to work!” It wasn’t about our products, services, or results (though those matter). It was about the feeling they got when working with us—the energy, the culture, the way our team shows up EVERY. DAY. To me, that’s one of the highest compliments. Because building a workplace where people want to be—for the purpose, the collaboration, and the growth—is no small thing. I’m eternally grateful for the team I’ve found after service. They’re high performers, of course. But they’re amazing people who want to create joy, build relationships, and drive a culture of curiosity, teamwork, and respect. Culture isn’t a line in the handbook. It’s how people show up in the room. And when someone from outside the team sees it right away, that’s a sign we’re doing something right.
