Earlier this week, I got to walk another high-profile Intellihot Inc. #project under #construction in Balboa Park, CA. 525 Olive is a new collection of luxury high-rise #apartments and will be San Diego’s highest residential address in the city. The views are killer! Originally this job was designed around boilers and tanks. However, Courtney Gray was able to convey our value props and "flipped the script!" Your dedication to seeing everything through to the finish is incomparable and made the difference in getting us to the finish line.
