These are moments that remind me exactly why Jai Kapoor and I started this! Seeing In Rhythm's lighting living inside Casa di Jupiter — Valentina Cereda's healthy home in Dubai — is one of them. We tend to think of our homes as neutral backdrops. They're not. Every light source in a room is a signal to your biology. Bright, blue-rich light says daytime — alert, switched-on, cortisol where it should be. Warm, dim light in the evening says the opposite: it lets melatonin rise, coaxes the nervous system out of low-grade "fight or flight" and into "rest and restore," and sets the body up for genuinely deep sleep. Most modern homes get this backwards — bright white light blasting late into the night, quietly holding people in a state of alertness when they should be winding down. Get it right, and the home itself starts doing the work: calmer evenings, a more regulated nervous system, deeper sleep, better mornings. That's what Valentina has built. It's rare to find an architect who designs for human biology and not just aesthetics — who treats light, air and materials as active contributors to health. Casa di Jupiter isn't a "wellness" sticker on a brochure; it's a home engineered to help the people inside it regulate. Proud that our light is part of it. This is what living in rhythm looks like! #CircadianLighting #CircadianRhythms #CircadianHealth
