Last week, we proudly launched the dsm-firmenich Animal Nutrition & Health EMEA Graduate Program, an important investment in building NEXT generation of talent across our region. What makes me particularly proud is that, while the launch happened during the HRLT week, the real ownership and hard work behind it came from our EMEA HR team and business leaders who brought the initiative to life. Through change, shifting priorities, and transformation, the team continued to think beyond silos, act with an enterprise mindset, and build for the future. That takes resilience, ownership, and a growth mindset. This initiative is much bigger than hiring graduates. It's about strengthening our talent density, bringing fresh thinking into our exciting business, and creating long-term capability across the organization. In times of change, it's easy to focus on today's pressures. Strong teams also make space to build tomorrow!
