Stop Losing Clients to Unclear Positioning, it’s Time for your Brand to make Money for You.

I've noticed something recently… LinkedIn algorithm doesn't care if you like the post. It cares if you stared at it. LinkedIn quietly tracks something called "dwell time".. how long you linger on a post before scrolling past. No like. No comment. No click. Doesn't matter. It clocked you staring like you owed it money. Which means the real currency here was never engagement. It's attention.  Quiet, lurking, didn't-mean-to-read-the-whole-caption attention. So that post you scrolled past slowly, judged silently, and never commented on?  Performed better than you think. You, the silent judge, are part of the algorithm now.
