The last three days in Benelux and Brandenburg were exhausting, but so many things made me happy. Firstly, there are my two young colleagues, Nils and Deborah, who are already so knowledgeable and absorb everything I say like a sponge. They've become new pH experts, and we need people like them. Personally, I've learned that I can delegate more and more to my team, and they're simply doing a great job. And then I saw so many wonderful farms again, where so much is done for the cows and their well-being. Agriculture is simply amazing; we do so much for this society that it makes me incredibly proud to be a part of it. Die letzten drei Tage in Benelux und Brandenburg waren kräftezehrend, aber es haben mich soviele Dinge glücklich gemacht. Zum einen sind es meine beiden jungen Wegbegleiter Nils und Deborah, die schon soviel drauf haben und alles was ich sage, wie ein Schwamm aufsaugen. Es sind neue pH-Experten herangewachsen und wir brauchen solche Leute. Für mich persönlich habe ich gelernt, dass ich immer mehr an mein Team abgeben kann und sie einfach einen guten Job machen. Und dann hab ich wieder so tolle Betriebe gesehen, wo soviel für die Kühe und deren Wohlergehen getan wird. Landwirtschaft ist einfach toll, wir tun so viel für diese Gesellschaft, dass es mich einfach stolz macht, ein Teil davon zu sein.
