Good designers simplify complexity early. Great designers know how to work with it!   Last year, I strengthened my design leadership skills on tackling complex business problems through the “Practice Oriented Systemic Design” course💡 The focus: Systemic thinking as a basis for better strategic and more sustainable decisions in cross-functional and international contexts. I learned to understand cause-effect loops, identify leverage points instead of quick fixes and design effective interventions in dynamic systems. Now I know how to make complexity visible through system mapping and uncover structures and mental models with the iceberg model.   A big thank you to Prof. Pelin Celik from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin for pointing me toward this opportunity and to all the inspiring international lecturers and participants. Learning with you, exchanging perspectives and being challenged by your thinking was a true pleasure!🌍 Olivia H., Julia KUNKEL, Marie Piet, Tore Gulden, Kristin Støren Wigum, Ingeborg Himle Matland, Silvia Lesoil, Jay Bautista, Marius Williamsen, Katja Bremer, Linus Engweiler, Cvetanka Dumovska, Leonard Zdzieblo, Erik Mahlum, Ophélie MOREAU, Anne Bansen, Annika Cramer, Paul-Vincent Raths and many other inpiring designers OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University | L'École de design Nantes Atlantique | Erasmus+ #SystemsThinking #UXLeadership #DesignLeadership #StrategicDesign #SystemicDesign #Sustainability #Complexity #StakeholderManagement #Innovation #ServiceDesign #DesignStrategy #Collaboration
