Last, but absolutely not least: The #Zug Edition. 1️⃣ Zmooth: Géraldine Picaud & SGS Leadership, at its finest, is an orchestration of energy. As the only female CEO in this series, Géraldine curates the room with a positive, energetic zest, presenting another record-breaking year. The casino theatre of Zug perfectly mirrors their brand identity. Someone planned this. Or perhaps the brand simply gravitates toward its natural habitat? The debut of Chairman Kim Fausing was a masterclass and the very definition of measured leadership. Even when shareholders brought forward complex questions regarding global sustainability and climate litigation, he hosted the open dialogue with grace, standing his ground as elegantly as a well-balanced sculpture. A flawless performance on the stage, perfectly mirrored by the financial performance on the books. ✅ Board remuneration approval: 97.51 % (max amount CHF 4.5 million) ✅ Executive Committee remuneration approval: 92.08% (max amount CHF 35 million) 🏔️ Zahlen, Ziele, Zuversicht - That's #Zug 🏔️ As this little series comes to a close, my curation of compensation reports will continue for everyone who appreciates the architecture of numbers as deeply as I do. Which fun fact about comp reports interests you the most? Or am I the only one who reads them like literature?  Sami Atiya Phyllis Ka Yan Cheung Ian Gallienne Tobias Hartmann Patrick Kron Kory Sorenson Janet Vergis
