Von 200 m² in Bockenheim zu fast 2.000 m² in Kelsterbach – und Susanne war fast die ganze Strecke dabei.🙌 12 Jahre FLOW THE KITCHEN. Und jetzt feiern wir unser erstes zweistelliges Mitarbeiterjubiläum: 10 Jahre Susanne.🎉 Liebe Susanne, du bist als Assistenz der Geschäftsführung gestartet. Damals: 200 m², zwei PC-Arbeitsplätze, viel Improvisation und noch mehr Aufbauarbeit. Heute bist du Head of Sales & Office. 15 PC-Arbeitsplätze, fast 2.000 m² Fläche, deutlich mehr Struktur – und du mittendrin.☝️ Was ich an dir besonders schätze: Verlässlichkeit. Loyalität. Ruhe. Gerade in der Corona-Zeit warst du für mich eine enorme Stütze. Nach einem dramatischen Einschnitt im Verkaufsteam von sechs Mitarbeitenden hast du geholfen, alles wieder aufzubauen. Nicht laut. Nicht hektisch. Sondern klar, loyal und mit Kraft. Du hast #FLOW geprägt. Du hast mich geprägt. Und du lebst dieses Unternehmen mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit, die nicht selbstverständlich ist.💛 Solche Jubiläen zeigen mir: Wachstum entsteht nicht nur durch neue Kunden, größere Flächen oder mehr Umsatz. Back then: 200 sqm, two computer workstations, a lot of improvisation and even more building from scratch. Today, you are Head of Sales & Office. 15 computer workstations, almost 2,000 sqm of space, much more structure – and you right in the middle of it.☝️ What I value most about you: Reliability. Loyalty. Calmness. Especially during the Covid period, you were an incredible support for me. After a dramatic cut in our sales team of six people, you helped rebuild everything. Not loudly. Not frantically. But with clarity, loyalty and strength. You have shaped #FLOW. You have shaped me. And you live this company with a level of commitment that is anything but ordinary.💛 Anniversaries like this remind me: growth is not only about new clients, bigger spaces or higher revenue.
