✨ After more than ten years, my journey at Wilo has come to an end — and looking back, my heart is full of gratitude. Ten years is a long time, and it is impossible to summarize everything this period has meant to me. I am thankful for the many exciting experiences, diverse roles, challenging responsibilities, and countless learning moments that shaped me both professionally and personally. I had the privilege to work with exceptional people around the world, and their impact will stay with me far beyond this chapter.   A special thank-you goes to those who played a significant role in my development and leadership journey at Wilo: Mathias Weyers, Patrick Niehr, Dr. Mahmud Al-Haj Mustafa, Peter Holtmann, Sven Prochowski (柏思文), Matthias Piek, Julia Küting, Jeff Plaster, Donald W. Anderson, Marc Sonntag, Dr. Daniel Kirsch, Claudia Hopstein, Arne Schröder, Kerstin Theiß and the entire #international #team @Wilo Group. 🙏 Your guidance, trust, and collaboration have meant more than words can express. At the same time, I am incredibly excited to broaden my horizon and step into a completely new responsibility with a new and inspiring employer starting December 1st, 2025. A new chapter, new challenges, new people — and a chance to grow again.   I will share more in December, but what I can already say is this: it feels right, it feels energizing, and it feels like the beginning of something truly meaningful. 🚀   I am also deeply grateful for the trust of a good friend, who invited me to support him as a Board Advisor in the founding of his start-up — a B2B online marketplace focused on converting excess inventory and obsolete assets into liquid capital. Being part of this entrepreneurial journey, contributing strategically and financially, has opened a new dimension of learning and inspiration for me. 💡   To everyone who has been part of the last decade: thank you! To everything that lies ahead: I’m ready — and genuinely excited for what’s coming next. 🌄
