Technical advancements in imaging have drastically changed the landscape of prostate cancer management in recent years. Close collaboration between specialists from different medical fields is essential to harmonize the use and interpretation of new modalities and to realize their full potential. The SPARC consensus project is the latest multidisciplinary initiative aimed at unifying recommendations for PSMA PET/CT, helping to standardize its utilization and reporting in clinical practice.
