Gilbert Hernandez began his journey with Kay Jewelers 7 years ago as a seasonal employee. At that time, I was starting my role as the District Manager in Dallas, Texas. He was just 18, fresh out of high school, and has since developed into a skilled jewelry professional and a valued member of our leadership team in Dallas.
