It's a little wild that I started my new role just under 3 months ago and I'm already at 5 placements, with some really great candidates and clients. This past Monday I had another 2 awesome attorneys start their new roles and I'm thrilled! 🙌 Hire 1️⃣ One attorney has a 10+ year history, with a background in construction defect, personal injury, complex disputes and other areas. She was at a firm that didn't have enough Associates to support her work and I was grateful to introduce her to one of my leading Construction Litigation firms in Texas. My partner there is running a busy practice that is primed to keep growing. Every interview felt right, this was an easy match. Hire 2️⃣ The second hire is a passionate Law & Motion Attorney with 5+ years of experience, based near Los Angeles. She's great at drafting demurrers, motions to strike, and other dispositive motions, along with coverage opinions. I've had the pleasure of partnering with an exciting Insurance Defense firm that is scaling their L&M team, and this was a great match. She'll have the opportunity to continue expanding her L&M background, and doing what she's passionate about.
