In February 2021, Spotify announced its new work model called 'Work From Anywhere'. The policy lets employees choose how often they work from the office and where they work. More than a year later, Spotify says it has experienced lower turnover vs pre-pandemic levels and increased diverse representation. Trusting your employees to get their work done, wherever they are, is good for them and good for your business too.
