Thanks Professor Adam Nicholls for this share. Resilience doesn’t come this side of adversity - hard lessons and tough moments grow us. And I particularly loved the coaches tough love. Exactly what the the young man needed. What a message. Brilliant Leaders need to harness these moments with team - not letting them off the hook. When we do, we let them down.
