Greg Rooney's article captures the spirit of transformative mediation (though it has a small error where he says transformative mediation tries to separate "the problem from the people" (We would never!)). But the ideas of "engaging in the immediacy of the now," "trust[ing] that something will emerge out of the interaction," "engaging with uncertainty" and "a small shift can bring big changes" are very consistent with what we try to do.
