Yesterday I had the privilege of leading a group through the Yorkshire 3 Peaks as part of the community group I recently founded, Lincoln Hike Club. What stood out most wasn’t the miles covered or the summits reached. It was seeing people encourage each other, push through challenges and finish something they weren’t sure they could do. The electrical industry is built on relationships, and some of the best conversations happen away from the office, away from emails and away from meeting rooms. So I’ll be organising dedicated hikes for customers, suppliers and professionals across the electrical industry.
