So an HR professional recently said they could tell when a CV was written using Claude AI, and honestly, I have a genuine question. How exactly do HR professionals know a CV was written with Claude AI? Because at this point, many job descriptions themselves are already being drafted with AI tools. So where exactly is this bias coming from? If a candidate has the actual experience, meets the requirements for the role, and the CV is properly tailored to the position, why does it become an issue because AI helped structure or draft it? I completely understand concerns around fake experiences or misleading information. That is valid. But if the information is accurate and the candidate genuinely qualifies for the role, why should AI assistance automatically become a red flag? People already use templates. Many CVs already follow similar structures and formats. So if the real goal of hiring is to find someone capable of doing the job, shouldn’t the focus remain on the candidate’s skills, experience, and suitability for the role instead of whether AI assisted with the wording? I genuinely want to hear from HR professionals on this because the conversation around AI-generated CVs is starting to feel very one-sided. Especially when many companies are also using AI to draft job descriptions, screening questions, and recruitment materials. #Hiring #Recruitment #HumanResources #CVWriting #JobSeekers #CareerTips #AI #RemoteJobs #VirtualAssistant #JobSearch
