I've been glued to the opening stages of the Tour de France, but not for the reason most people probably are. While the headlines will focus on Isaac del Toro's stage win and Tadej Pogačar's strength, I find myself watching something else entirely. I'm watching how UAE Team Emirates manages the relationship between a generational superstar and a fiercely talented young rider who could one day be a superstar himself.
