Today I had the opportunity to hear from the guest speakers from Hydrock Hydrock, now Stantec. This talk provided us with information regarding their Smart Energy and Sustainability, from a Graduate Student working in this sector. This session provided us with help and practice with future assessments/mock interviews for industrial placements/graduate roles. Offering us advice and tips for future roles in the Sustainability sector. We also carried out interactive activities, encouraging us to use SWOT and STAR analysis techniques for answering questions for employers. This has increased my knowledge and awareness about mock interviews and assessment centres, preparing me more for the future.
