Helping companies and leaders get the visibility they deserve | PR, Social Media & Strategic Communications for startups, founders and C-level

Nowadays I order my pizza on Wolt, thank you very much 💅 Part of being a business owner is understanding how everything works, but also acknowledging when you need support. It's impossible to have expertise in every direction at the same time. I am okay at finance, alright with organizational things, project planning-- most of the skills you need to run a business. Do I love engaging with people and helping them find ways to shine and achieve visibility to reach their business goals? YES. Am I passionate about what I do? OH YES. Does that mean that I am good at sales? 🤡 (cue in a big millennial "LOL") I always hated the idea of convincing or manipulating people. Sales always had this kind of negative connotation in my mind. Tim Woitinek helped me find a way to not only create a funnel and narrow down my target audience with the right structure, but more importantly he helped me see how I can use my "Begeisterung" (enthusiasm) to just engage with potential clients. Without the pressure and without a scripted "pitch", I just had open and genuine conversations and every single one of them led to a positive result. In case you are like me and also struggle with this part of your business, I think Tim is a fantastic support 💯 It took me over a year (!) to come to terms with this particular weakness, and if I have any advice to give it is this: Don't wait to get professional support! Don't bend over backwards trying to do everything on your own. Save your time and energy to push all the other sides of your company and let someone else guide you through the things you're still learning how to do 🙏
