The goal: empowering leaders to take ownership, make impactful decisions, and foster an environment built on trust, transparency, and psychological safety. And the journey continues: Following Germany and Türkiye, Leadership Labs will also take place at our locations in Brazil and India, helping to strengthen a shared leadership mindset across our global teams.
