Recently, Lachlan Singleton joined us as DTFSAu’s new Operations Manager, and we’re excited to welcome him to the team!   Lachlan brings extensive experience and a strong track record across operations, leadership, and customer-focused environments. His background equips him with the skills and insight needed to successfully guide our Operations Department and support our continued growth. In his new role, he will lead the strategic direction of our Operations team, overseeing key areas including Customer Service, Collections, Dispute Resolution, Hardship, Settlements & Contract Management, and Remarketing. We welcome Lachlan to the team and look forward to the valuable insights and leadership he will contribute.
