The most interesting shift in agentic AI right now isn't smarter models — it's who gets to build the agents. Today SALESmanago rebranded to Manago AI and shipped agentic capabilities with a twist worth noting: the platform is MCP-native, meaning marketers can analyze customer data and launch campaigns directly from Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor. The platform stopped competing with the agent and became the tool the agent calls. Their CEO framed it well — marketing teams don't have a data problem, they have an execution problem. The same day, Samsara opened Agent Studio in open beta: a no-code workshop where fleet teams build custom agents in plain language, no IT queue required. One customer automated reporting work they'd spent over $100,000 a year on. The takeaway for anyone building a platform: the interface is collapsing to plain language, and defensibility is migrating to two things — the proprietary data your agent reasons over, and the governance that makes leaders comfortable letting it act.
